New grant to host Amgen Scholars Program
LMU Munich has been awarded a four-year grant by the Amgen Foundation that will provide hands-on laboratory experience for undergraduate students through the Amgen Scholars Programme at the LMU Biocenter and partner institutions. This marks the 7th year of LMU Munich’s participation in the programme, which aims to inspire the next generation of innovators by providing undergraduates with hands-on summer research opportunities at many of the world's premier educational institutions. LMU Munich is one of 17 research institutions worldwide, including Harvard and MIT in the US, ETH Zurich in Europe and the University of Tokyo in Asia, selected to host Amgen Scholars as part of the programme’s latest expansion.
